入所してから初めての自転車整備です。配布工具の確認、ピストの組み立て、女子はタイヤの貼り付けをしています。これから徐々に整備技術を習得していきますよ😉👍❗️
This is the first bike maintenance session since they entered JIK🚴♀️. Checking the handout tools, assembling the fixie, and sticking the tires. From now on, they will gradually learn maintenance techniques 😉👍

適性区分の候補生は、今日から走行訓練が始まりました🚴♂️💨
周回、上バンク走行などを行いました😃
まだまだ慣れない環境でのトレーニングですが、実際にバンクを走ることで少しずつ吸収しています✨
