Hitting the gym

Pulled our self together, Babek went to the gym for the training. He still had wound due to the crash from last race, today was his easy day.

He turned up the music and started from stretching his body. After that, he started from power clean as a warming up, then Squat with 120kg, throwing ball, Box jump and basic training.

After the gym session, it was time for lunch. That means, we gain more calories.
